LESS SEARCHING. BETTER ROUTES.

One useful row per jobsite.

Raw permit portals produce duplicate records and mixed signals. We group related permits by property, remove dead records, and put likely active jobs first.

BUILT FOR POST-PERMIT SALES

Know where construction is moving.

This is not a homeowner quote list. It is jobsite intelligence for teams whose services are still needed after a permit issues.

01

Dumpster rental

Prioritize demolition, additions, ADUs, and large alterations that create haul-away demand.

02

Cleanup & fencing

Spot new construction, grading, pools, and multi-permit sites where access and cleanup matter.

03

Material delivery

Route reps toward high-value active projects instead of searching permit portals one record at a time.

THE FILTER

Public records, made operational.

  1. 1

    Collect

Refresh the official LA City issued-permit feed with a 30-day overlap so late-published records are not lost.

  2. 2

    Group

Combine related permits by APN or normalized address into one jobsite opportunity.

  3. 3

    Rank

Put new builds, additions, ADUs, demolition, $100K+ work, and multi-permit sites at the top.

  4. 4

    Deliver

Send a clean CSV and skimmable HTML edition after the weekly City refresh, normally Monday, with official LADBS links for independent contractor-of-record lookup.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What this is—and is not.

Are these exclusive leads?

No. These are public permit records, cleaned and ranked into a more usable product. Other people can access the underlying City data.

Do you include contact details?

No structured owner or contractor phone or email fields are included. Each row links to the official LADBS permit detail, where a contractor of record may be shown. A record may instead say owner-builder, and any license should be independently verified through CSLB.

Is this all of Los Angeles County?

No. Launch coverage is the City of Los Angeles only. The site does not claim countywide or statewide coverage.

How fresh is the report?

The source is checked with a 30-day overlap. New records are delivered after the weekly City refresh, normally Monday; a late refresh delays delivery instead of producing a stale edition. Every report states the City source's own data-through date.

What files do I receive?

A complete CSV for sorting and importing plus an HTML report for quick review. Both include official LADBS permit-detail links, and each edition includes a manifest with source freshness and file checksums.

How do I buy?

Use the invoice button, confirm the order by email, and we will send payment instructions. The CSV, HTML, and manifest are delivered by email after payment.

Can I cancel the weekly plan?

Yes. Email before the next monthly invoice. There is no annual contract.
