Information we collect

We receive the name, email address, company details, billing details, and purchase history you provide by email and through the payment provider identified on your invoice. Payment-card or bank-account information is handled by that provider and is not stored by this website.

How we use it

We use customer information to issue invoices, deliver purchased reports, manage the weekly plan, send requested product updates, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand basic conversion performance.

Email and analytics

Product emails include an unsubscribe option. The public site may use lightweight, aggregate web analytics when configured. We do not sell customer contact information.

Permit data

Reports are compiled from public City of Los Angeles permit records. They do not include structured owner or contractor phone or email fields. Official LADBS links are provided for independent research.

Requests

Use the contact address in your purchase receipt to request access, correction, or deletion of customer information, subject to records we must retain for tax, fraud, or legal purposes.
