The product

LA Jobsite Leads is an informational compilation of newly published LA City issued permits. Coverage, update timing, estimated values, source fields, and linked records depend on the City's systems and may change.

License

A purchase grants one business a non-exclusive license to use the report internally for research and lawful sales prospecting. You may not republish, sublicense, or resell our ranked compilation without written permission.

Orders and weekly plan

Orders are confirmed by email and paid using the invoice instructions we send. The weekly founding plan is billed monthly by invoice. Service continues for each paid billing period, and you may cancel by email before the next invoice.

Responsible use

You are responsible for complying with advertising, privacy, trespass, telemarketing, and email laws when contacting any person or visiting any site.

Official lookup links

Reports include links to LADBS permit-detail pages for independent research. Structured contractor and owner contact fields are not included. A linked record may identify a contractor, may say owner-builder, or may later change. Verify any license through CSLB before relying on it.

Ranking and service signals

Why Ranked and Service Signals fields are generated from stated permit categories, values, counts, and work-description keywords. They are routing heuristics, not guarantees that a project is active, accessible, or currently needs a particular service.

Limitations

The reports are provided for business information, not legal, financial, engineering, licensing, or safety advice. LADBS and CSLB control their linked pages and do not endorse CA Permit Leads. Verify a project and obtain any required permission before relying on a record.
